He is an Urban Planner who has vast experience in the field of preparation of Master Plan detailed Town planning schemes and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for various infrastructural development projects. He has exposure to different types tourism planning activities like preparation of master plan for destinations and circuits, preparation of detailed project reports for centrally sponsored projects, etc. He was a National Consultant to Asian Development Bank (ADB) as Costal Land Use Specialist for shore line protection and Management Project for Goa, Maharashtra and Karnataka. He is also a Town Planner with 15 years experience in Kerala State Government. He has prepared conceptual plan and implementation plan for PURA (Providing Urban Amenities to Rural Areas), one of the prestigious project propagated by the former President of India, Dr. APJ.Abdul Kalam.
