Our Projects

The primary objective of the project was to create a high quality public space with efficient and durable infrastructure that would foster entirely new activities in addition to supporting current day activities. The site has a huge potential for development due to its location and accessibility. The region also lacks proper recreational facilities which increase the potential of the site to be developed as a leisure area. Recreational activities have a very good impact on the health. It is an excellent medicine for ailments which cannot be cured by any other manner. It is a natural way to stay fit and healthy in life. This is equally applicable for children and adults and it also improves ones social life. The development of the site is done keeping in view the nature of people living nearby and their lifestyles.

The main design components include children’s park, Open Air Convention cum Parking Area, Cafeteria cum Comfort Station, Commercial cum Toilet Block, Administration cum Boating Amenity Block, House Boat Jetty, Speed Boat/ Pedal Boat and landscaping. The miniature park is aimed at being an evening destination to the locals as well as tourists. with the evening lights and relaxing areas with benches and hammocks.
