Trivandrum Corporation invited Expression of Interest for the development of Flats in Engineering Procurement and Construction mode at its 205.67 acre land at Peroorkada Village vide letter no. E10/H10/MS/1174/21 dated 24.05.2022.  SILK has empanelled GITPAC as a consultant for preparation of Detailed Project Report for various projects vide letter SILK/PED/MD /2022-23/327 dated 13th May 2022.

The project is the preparation of  Architectural  Design, Estimate Procurement and construction of  Flats under Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode for SC beneficiaries at the 2.05 acre land owned by the  Corporation at GC nagar Peroorkada village, Thiruvanathapuram.  The components of the projects are 160  Dwelling units with 586 Sqft size  by three blocks,  and one Anganwadi, one Community hall and one  health centre.   The Total Project Cost is 24 Crore
